2 jalapeno peppers, sliced and seeded.
2 slices thick sour dough bread
2 tablespoons cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup jack and cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon crushed potato chips.

Directions
Place peppers on a baking pan with facing down.
Place baking pan on top shelf in the oven and broil on high until edgeds are dark brown (approximately ten minutes).
Place peppers in a zip-lock bag and let cool.
Remove the skins from peppers.
Butter one side of each slice of bread liberally and spread cream cheese on other side. Sprinkle half of the cheese on the cream cheese side of the bread, top with the jalapeno and crushed potato chips and the remaining cheese.
Grill for approximately four min per side until golden brown. Serve hot with side pickle and large cold beer in frosted mug.
